74 days of nofap and a question,what is this?

    i'm 74 days fap free now , but i still feel like there is this fog that's clouding my mind limiting it's ability to function , in my last relapses after a relapse i feel this fog immediately fading ,of course a few hours later i pay the price, my question is this a part of the withdrawal symptoms or what is it?

    Many things can cause brain fog and general malaise. First thing I usually check....diet, sleep, exercise. Are they all in order? Any other stresses in your life that might contribute?

    After I ate some bad food a week or two ago, I simply took off on a jog. 9 miles later I was feeling pretty good.
