    Hello Everyone, I am new to NoFap and I am excited to start my PMO. I have tried PMO previously and succeeded for 10 months but since then I haven't been able to stop PM. I hope that everyone achieves his goals and I hope that I could successfully reboot.

    Here is to your journey down the right path my friend. I just started my own reboot and i'm hoping to achieve my various goals as well. Keep your ideal self in mind and don't give up hope if you slip up. Its the path that matters and not necessarily only the finish line!

    I suggest you to stay up to date to the forum discussions and helping other people that are in the same journey as you are.
