G'day - 46 years old, more than thirty consuming porn. Been married and divorced twice, currently in a long-term relationship and my addiction is creeping over my self-built walls. I currently work for myself, which gives me free time in my own space, alone, in front of a decent internet connection that I pay for, so there's no fear of discovery.

I need to break my bad habits, replace them with new, more productive ones that don't involve my computer - and I need to get my life back under my control.

I can relate to the challenge of being at home, with this challenge in mind, with no 'discovery' consequences due to the circumstances you describe. I am in my early 40s, and have been Fapping since the mid 1980s. PMO ('P' meaning anything at all related to just about anything else) has been a long term problem, but it became a tangible mental illness/addiction when the internet came along. I am currently an online Uni student, and In Order To Succeed I have to use the offending technology in order to Pass, BUT If you manage to overcome the raw availability of PMO in your immediate scope the reward should be astronomicaly edifying.......Stay Strong Brother.
