insomnia when does it go!!?

    I am on my second day of this streak and already experiencing insomnia.
     
  2. I have helped insomnia by writing. I will write down any mental burdens/sexual fantasy I have and then burn the paper in a safe place. I write great detail, get it all down on paper, then go to a cinder block outside and burn the paper, I watch it burn. The memories are still there, but they have lost power. They lose color and turn a dull grey in the mind.

    **This is an advanced technique and should be used with caution if you are easily triggered. **

    i can say that the cause of my countless time of relapse was insomnia... BEWARE ! dont let your mind think and fantasize about PMO... it is going to make your reboot getting harder... do something else like cleaning, reading, watch movie, dance, exercise etc... goodluck and conquer yourself!

    I had insomnia in my first attempt to NoFap too. It did go away somehow, I dont even remember how. In my second and current attempt I have never had it by the help of an internet radio.
