Almost 30 days with any M or O and definitely no P shit !

    Key tips:

    - Cut computer time to five hours max total per 24 hours (this includes small screen IPhone shit as well)
    - Socialize with humans and friendly animals. Dangerous ones like bears are fine if you have Adamantium retractable claws and healing X-factor like me.
    - Just don't give in to any urges ... it gets easier ... trust me !

    Good stuff - if you don't mind, maybe I could add a few..?

    -Find meaning. For me, recently I've barely had a free second and when I do, I don't think about PMO-ing I usually think about relaxing for fifteen minutes before I have to run to my next challenge of the day :) Be it weight-lifting, yoga, having plans for the night, whatever. Always have something to do.

    -Capture a moment in your head that is one of you lows in PMO. For me, whenever I feel like jacking it I think about a time where I had relapsed and I spent a few hours on the floor in my room, PMO-ing about five times in that one night and realizing that I was thoroughly unhappy. Have a moment like that in your head so that you remember jerking off is not the savior it poses as.

    -Get in touch with your spirituality. And if not your spirituality, at least get in touch with yourself through some form of exercise AND meditation (Not or, AND. Hone your body and your mind.) Get in touch with yourself, mate.

    -Enlighten yourself. Become an information-consuming machine. Read books, watch TED Talks, research how to create your own entrepreneurial business. Constantly ingest new information and question yourself on how you feel about these different viewpoints. If you don't take in new substance, you will quickly stagnate.

    -And I guess... Get a role model. For me, it's Indiana Jones, James Bond, and James Dean. I recently read a biography on James Dean and I want to look into James Bond and Indiana. Even though they're fictional, I feel like they embody the adventurous spirit that I strive for. And if I ever feel like wanting to PMO, I think, "Would James Bond jerk off?" It's kind of silly to think about but it helps.

    And remember. PMO-ing has never brought you satisfaction. Ever. It certainly hasn't for me. Only striving for personal excellence has. Every time I've ever relapsed, not once after have I ever said to myself, "I feel complete right now." But I've gotten that feeling from weight-lifting. I've gotten that feeling from cracking a joke with my friends. I've felt complete after meditating sometimes. Not once after PMO.

    And that urge that you're feeling, it might be incredibly strong. But one thing you MUST realize is that urge IS the nofap challenge. There is no, "I'll give into this urge now and start my streak tomorrow." No. That urge IS the challenge. That's what makes it difficult. And if you keep telling yourself that you'll give in now and start tomorrow, you'll always give in. Every time. The challenge is here and now, I cannot stress that enough.

    You can choose between having an amazing life or you can choose to "enjoy" thirty seconds of fleeting pleasure. Choose wisely.

    And once you choose, remember that once is too many and a thousand is never enough.
