So I started NoFap seriously when I joined this website. Before joining I would struggle to get past a few days so I know I've made some progress but I have relapsed so not sure how much progress I have actually made.

    My last few streaks have been: 7, 22 42, 3, 14, 12 and 19 days.

Please let me know if you think I have still made some progress. or whether I have reversed it due to my relapse yesterday.

I am going through a difficult phase so need some encouragement please!

You have had some good streaks like 42, 22 and all, so definitely you would have made some progress, one more thing is, wid so many relapses you can actually find out the triggerin factors which is hurting you, and stay away from tat... Good luck for your next streak....

By repeating those kind of relapses the time will come when your brain will see as a habit. You sure know that habits don't merely cease to exist. Substitution is the most used method for healing.

Getting out of this deprived situation requires more than luck, willpower, accountability partners, assistance from family. It requires a change deep within yourself. Do you like the way you lived until now? The decisions were the best in long-terms? Ask yourself why you feel bad, why do I keep hurting myself. Find those deep frustrations and mold them into gears that will boost you out of this state. Fear is a primordial instinct of our milenium brain. Use it! Make your mind feel the dreadness that was living those moments of depression and loneliness. The fight or flight response will come in. If your desire to change, once for all, your entire way of living, strength will burst out of those emotions. Unconsciously you don't want to feel that way anymore.

    MAKE YOUR MOVE.

Yup, you made progress. But, don't let that be a free pass into relapsing with a higher number.

    You failed. Failed pretty badly.

But you know what, you proved to me that you are a strong person with vigilance and self-control.

Not many guys make it up to 20-40 days, despite on NoFap for years and years.

Get your head up high and keep growing the numbers. If you need help, please contact me. ;)
