    I started using NoFap March 16 2015, I thought that would be my last day ever doing PMO. I failed in September, recently I've degraded to multiple times a day, and my life is a living hell. I lie to those who love me the most about what I am doing with my time, that is the worst. Other negatives I'm experiencing:
    1. Physical laziness
    a) stay in bed all day
    b) don't use expensive gym membership
    i. afraid of desk staff and other gym members judging my drone demeanor
    ii. too lazy to do proper sets, muscle groups
    c) My walk is clunky, I walk on my heals, make loud noises, feel the impact of my steps, it rattles my brain and bones. I used to walk sprightly, on my toes.
    d) bad posture
    i. turkey neck
    2. Brain fog
    a) Can't make decisions when needed
    b) Not able to read for extended period of time
    c) mental laziness (too much TV)
    3. Eye and face problems
    a) eyes watery? dry? filmy?
    b) lip biting/ shrinking?
    c) ear drum numbness
    d) clenched teeth
    e) dry, oily skin
    f) blank, numb, frowning face, wrinkled forehead
    4. Attitude and emotional issues
    a) critical and judgmental
    b) cynical
    c) sex obsessed
    d) objectifying people
    e) not forgiving
    f) angry, jealous, reproachful, spiteful, bitter, resentful, blames others, greedy, hopeless, faithless, mocking, proud, inconsiderate, disingenuous, evil-minded, hypocritical, aloof


    I am serious about rebooting.

    Rewrite that list, twisted round to the positives... Great, now you've got a bunch of reasons.
    Commit to some goals.
    Post them up here
    Start the day strong... Get a good morning routine.
    Do one day at a time.
    Journal your victories.

    i messed up. i was feeling manic! i had pent up energy. i should have danced around or gone for a walk.

    What's your problem - more than half a year - that's pretty good - fap a couple of weeks until you feel it's pointless and start again.
    Yes, but because of your guilt feelings - not b/c of fapping to porn
    Hahaha ... :D ... do you think anybody would open tell their parents or children or spouse that they are now going to be busy for an hour enjoying a nice porn flick ... certainly not - it's not lying even ...
    That is definitely not b/c of porn ... it's because you are feeling super-guilty. But anyway - back to NoFap #2 and you will have plenty of time to use your "expensive gym membership" ;)

    Wow, that is some kinda list. I am particularly intrigued with the malady "ear drum numbness"; it sounds awful.

    But seriously, ditch the negativity. Understand that as a human being you have infinite value that cannot be granted, nor taken away by anyone. Everything that happens to us in this life is an opportunity to learn and grow.

    You can't change the past. If you think about it, it doesn't even exist. Neither does the future. There is only now. So make the decision to stop PMO in the now. Don't worry about the other stuff on your list, things will start to take care of themselves.

    More than six months really is amazing, and I feel thankful for all the great support from people here.
