Rationalizations

    Rationalization is one thing that we fight with our own mind. It's the attack of PMO addiction and with the power of mind it may appear in many shapes. It's a kind of madness and probably the hardest thing in PMO battle. It may fuck up the rebooting process whether you are on day 3 or day 300. This is what I think anyway. If you have some examples of ratonalizations please share here. Knowledge is always power. Here are some come up to mind:

    1- ''It's okay to search for some sexy stuff. Music clips, Victoria Secret Shows, Bikini Models, etc.'' Oh really?
    2- ''Sex Cams, Sex Chats, Sexting. It's not porn right?'' Goddamn wrong!
    3- ''A little edging does not hurt.'' Come on, it seriously fucks up rebooting in the heart.
    4- ''Oh I am in flatline, I gotta see if it still works down there.'' No need to fool ourselves we know it's natural to get in a flatline and it's pretty healty. Instead one should be happy about that.
    5- ''It's okay to search for escorts online, anyway I don't have a gf.'' + '' I dont have a gf so I need to find an escort to check my PIED or PME status'' Nice try!
    6- ''I should check some normal P instead of my fetish P. Just to see if I can get hard to normal stuff again.'' There is no normal P !
    7- '' I can't sleep without PMO. '' It's better to sleep less or none for 1 night than suffering with PMO in rest of our lives.

    They are just ideas anyway, but they show themselves in a very rational manner. We for sure can overcome them. Take Care and Stay Strong Guys!

    It's okay to think of sex and have erections. You're not touching it or stroking it. Just thinking of sex----nope it's not all right. let the thought pass but don't play with the thoughts or direct them to sex.

    Yeah, Gaston. Some guys think just the fetish P they watch is a problem but getting off to more commonly accepted P is ok. I agree it's a plague and should be treated that way.

    What if i feel very good after M "relapse" (stopped after 73 days) i went from being depressed to alfa-male after a few orgasms only.

    If you are feeling alpha after M, then I wouldn't see it as a relapse. To me, relapse is something you feel like shit afterwards. Rebooting takes much for some and takes less for others. Maybe You have completed your reboot or your addiction was not so deep in the first place. Personally, my reboot seems like taking long. I had 10+ years of bad PMO habit anyway. Also I feel good and alpha during NoFap period and every passing day I feel better, more confident. In my case, no PMEO near future. I am believer of semen retention too. But again as long as you feel good and happy, there is nothing to worry about. Cheers!
