    1. I'm on day 5 and have had just really perverted/ pornographic dreams, but good sleep overall. Anyone else suffer these dreams?
      2. This is the hardest thing I've ever done and I've quit a 30 year chain smoking habit!

    Pornographic dreams are a pretty common side effect. I've only had a couple. It's a bit ironic since I never had sex dreams while PMOing. It's like you send all these images to your brain, so when you cut it off, your brain makes its own porn.

    I pray every night in order not to have orgasm in sleep. So I reached day 36 without PMO. You can say it's placebo, but I won't.
