Reboot question

    I read somewhere online that when you don't fap for extended periods of time the semen will wither be released in a wet dream or the excess will be absorbed back into the body. With this being said what is it that causes the reboot if it is not just building up semen and other energy?

    I don't think there is exact science behind the reboot process. I would not get caught up in the details. No question your life will improve in many ways if you abstain from PMO. If you have a significant other, I see no harm in Oing as long as there is no M or P. Good luck in your journey! Stay strong! Win!
