    Hello! (Sorry for my English)

    My name is Alex, I'm from Colombia, and I'm 24 years old. I've been searching for a website like this, because recently I became aware about my problem with pornography. I really enjoy watch porn hours and hours, sit naked and repeatedly masturbate. For a long time I was a lonely guy, without girlfriend and only few friends. I haven't had a father figure, and I think that situation interfered with my normal sexual development. Since 14 years old, I wasted my time only studying and watching porn, specially group sex movies with acrobatical girls and boys. My sexual orientation was heterosexual (I like girls) after all the time wasted watching porn, I began to fantasize with gay sex (it was very weird for me).

    At 20 years I began to visit chat webs, and spoke with girls and boys. Frustrated due I couldn't date with a girl, I contacted in that website a gay man in my city. I had my first sexual experience and it was very sad. During the sexual relation my condom broke. After that incident I was very scared about the possibility of HIV infection, or other STD. The next 3 months (window period for ELISA test) was horrible for me. Fortunately all the test was negative.

    After this sad experience I decided don't have sex with no one, but continue with porn consumption. (during this time I didn't date with girls, no girlfriend ...et)

    Three months before now I decided to visit a escort because I wanted to experience sex with a girl. Again the experience was very sad, and incredibly, the condom broke again....and again I was absolutely scared about HIV or other STD... again after 3 months the regular test (HIV, HERPES, HEPATITS B, SIFILIS) was negative... (I thing I acquired some disease this time, but the test said no).

    Thinking about these situation I realized that both were consequence of porn (actually before both sexual encounters I was watching porn and masturbating like a crazy man). My mind was blind and I decided very wrong!

    I understood that I've been in risk situation due porn consumption and I decided to stop it.

    In fact, I haven't watched porn by 3 months!! But I can't still avoid masturbation. So my purpose is avoid it with your help!

    Well done for avoiding porn for three months. It's sounds very scary the situations you have put yourself in.

    You will find lots of info on these forums and help. Maybe think about starting a journal.

    Hello Alex, it's nice to see that you're here. You have been to the worse place and understood the evil in it. You have said that you have not watched porn for about three months. I personally think that this is a good start for your NoFap journey. Why don't you start a journal? It might be beneficial for you if you record the things that you think is important. If you have any issues that you want help with, you can post it and we would help if we could. When you get replies to your posts think for your self if those replies are positive or negative for your life. If they are positive start to use them and if they are negative keep them aside. I hope that you will have a nice time rebooting here. :)

    Okay. First go to the forum page. There is a section named Reboot logs. That section is divided into age groups. Go to the age group that you belong to and start a new thread. That's all. Then you can post your progress and thoughts in it. I hope this helps. :)

    In the first situation that guy use a water based lube, but been more accurate, the condom slip because I lost my erection for a while.
    In the second situation the condom broke because we didn't use lube, and sex was more or less rude...
    Thank you for your advice!

    Have you ever experienced something like that?
