yes absolutely! I was pretty much exclusively looking at gay porn up until about a year or two ago, then started watching hetero stuff mf, mmf, gangbang but nothing that had only woman and it was definitely a turn on, but usually ended up feeling pretty bad about myself because the treatment of the woman in hetero porn is usually pretty awful.

The treatment of say a bottom in gay porn is also questionable, but I always steered clear of and wasn't particularly aroused by anything that suggested sub/dom or excessively aggressive stuff...

which is why it was so surprising to not only be finding myself looking at hetero porn, but porn that was clearly not something a real woman would actually like...

I consider myself gay for simplicity, but it is not uncommon for me to notice an attractive woman in an everyday situation... but I wouldn't say that I'd have the desire to have sex with her unless there was a guy around I could play with too.
