Has helped me numerous times. When thoughts enter my mind I repeat this and it gives me the strength to know that 1) this temptation is common and 2) that there is always a way out.

 

Amen you are more. That's a great verse from it of the bible. It speaks volumes. Thanks. I really needed that.
