I watched so many porn and some of them became like a fantasy that I think of during sex but intellectually disgusts me and I wouldn't actually live with myself if I do it.I'm talking about double penetration and I can never share my girlfriend with another guy.I really get grossed out by the thought of group sex how do i get rid of it?

I sometimes get this too. Not necessarily gross thoughts but sometimes random sexual images out of nowhere.

One of the reasons I stopped porn is because I started getting into some messed up stuff. Although I would never actually participate in such acts in real life but I found that I usually thought of these strange acts when I entered a high state of the hornies. It might be the same case for you and it could be part of the recovery that is causing this. Just my theory.

Best thing I find doing is not thinking on it and do something else that may take your mind off it. I usually find the thoughts or images seem to go when I don't focus on them. Even if what your doing is as simple as making a cup of coffee or having a tidy up.

Hope this helps and good luck on your journey to stop P or MO.

I still think about porn I saw 20 years ago.

yup. even i remember the first porn clips that i saw.
i dont think the thoughts/urges will ever go. but maybe we'll get bored of it. like how i remember how i played hide n seek as a kid but now i dont get the urge to play hide n seek. maybe the urge goes away as other sources of joy/dopamine enter our lives.

I have spend about three years wondering on that same question. In my humble opinion, perhaps you never completely get rid of hours and hours of kinky material on the brain, but what you do is being less triggered by it (like wanting to watch porn after remembering some scene out of nowhere). In my case, the fantasies come more often when I have deliberately searched for something that reminded me of a porn scene, and I have less fantasies when I haven't used the computer in a while or if haven't had a working internet connection.

I'm only eight weeks into my PMO free habit. The reason I quit was because about two months before I quit I started getting into weird fetish porn and edging. The last month I was so hooked that it causes me to have PIED. I've been masturbating since 12 (45 now) and never had a problem with sustaining an erection until I got into fetish porn and edging. I hate to admit it but the thoughts still run through my mind even while I'm having sex with my girlfriend today. Sometimes I think I need to keep imagining about the fetishes just to keep myself from losing my erection. I wish I didn't need to and I wish now I never got into any of that stuff. But in trying to better myself, stay PMO free and move on. Those images may be w me for life.

I read on yourbrainonporn.com that this is expected in the early weeks of your resetting. You see, in the time that comes after PMO, if you don't do it, your brain, which is addicted, starts demanding for it by making you hyper-sexually active - showing you random images of porn in your head and giving you fantasies out of nowhere! This actually reduces and almost disappears the longer you stop PMOing (this includes even just looking at this stuff or deliberately thinking about it).

This was the case with me. In my longest streak ( only about two weeks :( ), I could feel that the longer the streak goes the less these random thoughts. Right now I'm in a phase where I've relapsed several times in the same week, so I can certainly assure you that now I get more fantasies, random thoughts, and random tickles in my "unit" just as a way of my brain to trigger me to give it its addiction material!

Stay strong bro.. keep resisting and it will fade away, I promise. It must be noted though that in reality it never goes away 100%, but reduces to the point where it no longer is a concern.
Also, I suggest that instead of resisting or ignoring those urges when they hit you, you should address them: think about it and how it disgusts you and find out the state of mind that gave you the thought (e.g. frustration, boredom, etc.) and tackle it!

    Good luck man :)
Good luck to all of us!

It's basically impossible to get rid of the porn-memory that you have inside your brain. For that you would have to do a "reset", which is also impossible in normal ways.
I'm in Hard Mode for more than 250 days and I still have those thoughts, but it's much easier now to get rid of them and pay attention to other things like 6 months ago.
The tips are still the same: go do other things, read, listen to music, train your brain to pay attention into other things that matter for your life.
    Stay strong.

maybe instead of making porn thoughts unwanted, make them boring. its like we used to play hide n seek when we were kids. the urge to play hide n seek doesnt come now as its boring.
likewise if somehow we make porn boring, the thoughts n flashbacks wont come. i guess.
