2 weeks no PMO

    OK, so 2 weeks in and no pmo.

    It's not that bad, but there are times when I get the itch.

    I'll be watching a movie and a hot seen will come on or browsing fb and someone has posted provocative pictures and I feel my energy move. That energy is usually released through P>M>O, now it lays dormant building with an increased intensity. To make matters worse, I have just been made redundant and I'm now looking for a new job. Things haven't hit the critical level yet, but if they do I might have to hit that panic button... here's hoping I won't have to resort to that.

    Anyway, that's my spill for the day....

    Todays my 2 week mark too so congrats on the mark. Yes the urges are there but they are absolutely not to any kind of porn just to real girls in my life and the pics on instagram and facebook. Overall prob the best 2 weeks of my life just due to an overall awakening in my life as well as the multiple girls i have been going out with. Simply due to the natural manly urge im supposed to have to want real females instead of internet bullshit.

    Heres to day 15 and the time to come!

    Firstly, congrats on the 15 day mark...
    Yes, I know what you mean.. regarding the feeling of REAL, and only 2 weeks in my perception of woman has changed as I regain my own personal power back. My confidence has been given a real boost.

    The rewards are already showing, I am determined to overcome this challenge. I'm looking forward to what the results are after 2-3 months and beyond. ..

    I use a widget thats in the app store like day counter or somethin and just keep it on my homescreen to jsut see the days go up
