@thomasnl: I love your signature - that quote is my favorite line from that Ted Talk
@Musta Your signature is also fantastic.
In response to @mstevens, my journal is titled, "The Most Important New Years Resolution I've Ever Made". I feel it's appropriate (5 minutes into the new year I realized I had been looking for an excuse to get back to NoFap and New Years was a perfect "excuse"). You can follow it in my signature.

Day 2 I had the urge and typed porn into Google, but as soon as I realised what I was doing I stopped. This is a very hard challenge but if I can past the first few days it hopefully gets easier. Any tips for at night? because that the time i am most likely to relapse thx.

At night, try to sleep ;)
I've heard from several sources that not thinking about P is better than thinking about not P. Or stated differently, keep yourself busy with other things, like school, work, exercises, hobbies...
I am a Christian, for me I discovered that doing nofap made me come closer to God. In the past I tried it the other way around, which didn't work that good.

I'm glad you stopped yourself, but there is no need to be on your computer. If you need to check your e-mail, check your e-mail and turn your computer off. If you're bored (which is my number 1 trigger) don't go on your computer unless you intend to do something very specific. Otherwise, you're just making it harder for yourself.

Boredom is dangerous for everyone. Avoid it like a snowball avoids fire.

Welcome aboard, glad to have you on this journey. As far as the counter, click anyone's (such as mine), and it will open a page to assist in the creation of one.

I'm most vulnerable at night too. The super powerful method I'm using is exercise before going to bed. Make it a routine! This will not give you a chance to relapse at night. You can do some push-ups, sit-ups or consider buying a couple of dumbbells.

Deciding to start this 366 Day challenge right now! Tomorrow will be my first day (because I literally just "fapped" (?) about 10 minutes ago, which made me sign up for this account instantly.. Because ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It's time for me to take charge of my own life and stop letting addiction get the best of me ! So tomorrow, January 22nd, 2016 will be Day 1 for me!! Day one for exercising, noFap, eating better, breathing better, and living better! Usually I see 30 or 90 day challenges, but 366 Days is EXTREME and that's why I'm here, because I have to Make BIG CHANGES. We all are here to help each other reach our goals. I will make a huge effort to post daily !

I see a lot of single digit people. Remember you're trying to become a better person, of which nofap is a result, not the other way around!
Also, instead of focusing on not fapping, do not focus on fapping. Just like not thinking about a pink elephant will guarantee you'll think about a pink elephant, instead think of a blue giraffe. What I mean is, focus on making your life better; find something to study, take up a hobby, start working in a charity, etc.
