The nofap benefits I have noticed

I know it has been written in many different ways by very many fapstronauts but I really wanted to share what nofap has done for me.

Since I started taking nofap seriously at the beginning of 2014, I have noticed a bunch of positive results and decided to share with the community.

So far this year I have:

- Gotten hired at 2 jobs(one quite possibly will become my career and I'm starting at $15/hr)

- Been offered a sales-supervisor role at my other job (having no prior sales/retail experience and I have only worked there since the end of January)

- I have opened, and maintained in good order, my very first credit card

- My bank account has over $800 in it- this is after all my bills have been paid for the month

Those are the main things I have noticed. I know some people will wonder just how nofap had anything to do with the things that I mentioned. All I can offer as an explanation is that before starting nofap I lived paycheck to paycheck having less than $50 in my account before payday each month and didn't have a clue as to what I wanted to do in life.

Other general benefits I have noticed as well. I have been more socially active and my humor appeals to a broader group than it did before. I can tell that I have more boldness and guys certainly respect me more because of that. I haven't noticed if girls treat me any different as I have a girlfriend, but I have noticed that my relationship with her has gotten much better also.

I hope this has encouraged someone who may be struggling on their journey or, perhaps, contemplating the value of quitting PMO. All I can say is; do it!! You will not regret it.

Thank you all for responding! I wrote this during a nofap high and I'm now going through a low. Either way, PMO isn't an option to me.
