40 day streak

    Hi All
    The last 40 days have been an adventure. I haven't noticed the intention from women but instead I am focusing on improving myself. I think my vocabulary has improved quite a bit and I have been reading more. My finger nails are growing(hasn't happened in years as a result of anxiety).
    I am also becoming more sociable(I have been invited to 3 parties in the next few weeks).
    My aim now is to reach 90 days:)

    Good to hear brother! That's something that I've been improving too since NoFap- my social anxiety, my ability to have conversations with people and not be panicking in my head.

    Thanks for the reply and the support, I am beginning to realise how big of a problem pmo is in our society and it is good to see that there are people fighting this, Things are always greener on the other side:)
