So out of nowhere this evening I found myself looking at saucy images online, I justified it in my mind because to start off with it I was looking at 'soft' no full frontal nudity porn... obviously this progressed however. I didn't F all the way to O though because my girlfriend started calling me from upstairs, yeah cue feeling super guilty.

I guess it happened because things have been pretty stressful lately and I wanted to 'let off some steam'. I'm feeling a bit confused about where this venture is taking me now, I don't feel so low because I am really happy to have managed over two months without porn. However although I feel I could potentially never look at porn again, it will always be in the background, a click away - how can I truly forget that and feel I never want to look again???

I didn't eliminate masturbation from my 90 day challenge so I have done so without the use of porn a few times over the past 65 days, perhaps this is part of the problem? This behaviour is probably still linked to the act of viewing porn, so perhaps I do need to go hard mode now...

@daydream_nation You healed for 65 days! That shows your strength and resolve..I think P is something we do not want in our life, we know it does no good to us, yet we linger around...for me P was an obsession, a need..your day was bad, Porn, feeling lazy, porn, rejection, porn...

It is pretty hard getting out of P, but with willpower and building our life constructively, we can get over this..I think installing web protection software like k9 or Qustodio might help in your fight..

We can get rid of this...
    cheers!

  3. @black_coyote is right. And yes, try and go hard mode. MO'ing is again a way of releasing your sexual energy just for nothing. It will drain you and eventually make you watch P or P-subs someday. Let go of these lust and view life from a clear mind, you'll feel the real change inside you.

I think that is the problem I had too daydream. I hadn't eliminated M from my 90 day challenge and I managed 39 days with out P, but not without M. I have come to the same conclusion that I have to go to teh hard mode now. Good luck to you and I know that with will and determination we can both succeed!

@daydream_nation Hey I see you had a little lesson. Get up again and keep on walking :D

You talked about hardmode, I will tell you when you do. It will transform your life and moreover the way you look at yourself. unexperienced power will be revealed to you and masculine energy will be understood better.

I never attempt 90 days hardmode while in a relationship so I don't have sufficient knowledge how that goes. I know that when I got intimate with someone it would result in blue balls :p

If you feel like it will be needed, go for it.

    Kind regards,

  6. We will be with you for this. Start helping others.

You need to start helping others. Trust is the highest form of human motivation. Helping others makes you responsible. That responsibility gives you purpose. That purpose gives you drive. Drive will bring challenges. Conquer the small challenges little by little and build willpower. You become motivated to continue and change yourself in the process.

Don't give up, learn from every relapse. Use this pain as fuel and continue to fight.

Be the boxer. Take the hit and get back up.

Keep Fighting! I echo what the others have said. In addition, I want to let you know that how much NoFap helps is dependent on how much you put in. When I first started, I wasn't that active on the forums and mainly used the emergency app. I managed to go 90 days hardcore PMO but my mindset was not right. After 92 days I fell to MO and fell back in an old cycle. Then I got fed up and started being active with Heirs of the Sun. They helped me get in a better mindset and start helping others on NoFap. It is a great community and we are here to help. Remember, it is just as much about you fighting alongside others as it is about getting help.
    Stay Strong!!!
