i have come to the conclusion that I can last a decent time without porn if I block websites. but if I don't block websites I fail in couple days fail within a couple of days I need to know how to survive without blocking as I cant block them all my life or do i need to keep blocking for 90 days or so my porn pathways weaken.

How do you fail in a couple days if you have the sites blocked?

learn from your mistakes. Your relapses show the weak areas in your wall. Be strong, and find motivation; don't try half hardheartedly. TAKE COLD SHOWER'S. Start with a strategy. This is a personal fight, blocking websites helps, but this is the mind we are talking about, it will still find a way. You can do this,i believe in you.

Then, definitely continue the blocks for 90 days, and another 90 days after that if you still find yourself tempted, and so on again, as long as it takes. Don't worry about the lifetime picture - do what needs to be done today while you are a full addict still. And, 90 days is just a scratch of success, too; it just means you're starting to turn from your vices and practicing the opposite virtue, but you cannot presume you're cured then either. It takes a lot of time.
