    Just wanted to say congrats to all the guys that came to nofap and gave up PMO for their new year's resolution. You'll be coming up on 30 days soon and it can be a challenging time. Reward yourself for your milestones and stay strong ;)

    i stopped on 6th dec because i didnt' want to enter 2016 right after fapping.
    im on day 52 i guess...

    I can do more! It feels like each day that passes by, I wake up each day more refreshed than the previous day...this is normal, right?

    I'm not going to lie. It is difficult. I do get the urges, but I fight back.

    Rather than fight back against energy (which is impossible as its a war you'll never win, as energy can never be destroyed, only transferred), direct it onto something else like a hobby, pastime or something.

    Now it's day 29 and counting.
