I am a 36 years old guy who was into watching porn and masturbation since 20 years. I am married with a 4year old kid. Though the family has not been staying with me for 2 years, I travel to them once in a month. I doubt there went a day without shagging even when I am with family. Its only recently I wish to let go of the habit forever and bring a change.

I just wish to quit and see the changes. I am sure they will have a positive impact on my lifestyle.

I would like to thank Alexander for having formulated this forum to aggregate like minded people.

I need motivation and would request people to help guide me on my first steps by recommending what to read and get daily dose of motivation.

I am not married yet; but I will be in 118 days.
Just wanna say that this is a good place and there are tons of resources to help. I just started around a week ago and it has already made a difference.

    Anyway; keep it up!

Yes and sorta no... if that makes sense.
I want my marriage to be free of pr0n; but I also want to kick the addiction once and for all for myself.
I used to fap daily; once I broke that streak I felt amazing and was able to achieve so much more in my day (I am actually completing Grad School now). I have never gone over 40 days before however... and I want the FULL reboot.
The wedding is making a very strong motivator.

I hope that is encouraging :)
