    I am glad your better and thinks have worked out for you dude. I am 17 and never had a girlfriend since this addiction overruled me and I can't wait for the my future, I am glad there's a clear future. Also I have one question while doing this challenge what have you noticed mainly and when did you notice the changes ? Also congrats on clearing up and changing yourself!

    This is incredible man! I'm currently working on my DE, and stories like this strengthen my resolve.

    It's also great to know that your wife stuck by you and supported you through it. Many of us hide this addiction from the ones closest to us, but more and more I'm finding that that the world is full of kindness, understanding and forgiveness.

    No PMO works for us older guys too . I'm 52, 40 years of non stop fapping. 14 days I was hard as a rock , of course it was an MP , so I had to reset.

    Congratulation ! I wish i can be cure from my ED too... i'm 28 years old suffering since ... always and i'm very anxious when I have to have sex..! During 90 days you never tried to have sex ?!

    Great news. I am 31 days in and feel my sexual health returning. I am no longer married so I don't have anyone to find out with, but I am looking forward to that day.

    I did not make it the full 90 days in hard mode. I think I made it a little past 60 before my wife and I first tried to have sex, and it was very successful. After that -- and I think most of this is already written out above -- we had sex another 4 or 5 times over the course of a couple of months, all equally successful.

    It was not until I had broken my NoFap streak, somewhere just short of the 150 day mark, that I had any recurrence of ED. The moral of the story is: If you want to cure your ED, don't M.

    I may need to revisit my definition of "victory". After more than two months without sex with Mrs. 11, the last days of which has been complete hard mode, my ED was back last night. Granted, this was after several drinks and a snack - hardly ideal conditions - but still very disappointing.

    To the extent there is good news, my initial erection was very strong. We only ran into trouble when there was a problem with insertion. Plus, the way we handled it individually and as a couple was much better than we've often handled it in the past. But yeah, that whole victory thing was a little premature, it seems. Now I just need to stay strong and not let this be an excuse to act out.

    I've managed to resist the urge to act out since the Saturday night episode. Hoping to have an opportunity to redeem myself on Thursday. Looking for any encouraging words or success stories any of you might have to share....
