Am I the only woman struggling with this too?

Hi,

I know this is typically a guy's issue but I'm a 23 year old woman and have been struggling with a porn addiction for over 10 years, and just recently masturbation. I have not yet been able to stop for more than a month at a time. I feel very much in the minority here and just want to know that I'm not alone. Are there any other women here too? And if so, how did you get help? I really want to stop looking at porn for good and stop masturbating completely and I want to love my husband as he deserves.
