Had a massive urge since day 70 and i edged for a few hours.

Day 71 i spoke to a girl dirty but not as much as we used to.
..edged a bit when i spoke to her i went to sleep around 1am (without having a piss)

Day 72 at 630am (5 hours into my sleep) had a wet dream and i woke up...

i felt empty and a bit weak at the end (in the dream) I could feel the O in my sleep. I had that feeling "damn i relapse" - is this normal behaviour?

    Did i trigger this dream?

The urge at day 70 was my 3rd urge in my streak and strongest of the 3.

Sexual thoughts and energy during the day can trigger wet dreams for me. Did you directly and consciously trigger the wet dream? No. Did you subconsciously trigger the wet dream? Perhaps. Is it normal behavior? Wet dreams are indeed normal. And having regrets or negative feelings about a relapse in a dream are also normal. I used to have dreams of watching P and would feel horrible in my dreams.

On a side note, I'd get that edging under control mate. You ought to keep those dopamine levels down for a solid recovery. Let your brain rewire. Using a conversation to edge instead of P is nearly just as bad. Just trying to look out for a brother here.

Oh it was under control for 69 days but then you get that urge and be like "to MO or to not MO"

I have had sexual dreams before but not wet dream where I ejaculated.

Must say it did feel good lol!

Also the dream was with a different person that I didn't think about in the daytime.

Well, for the 1,000th time: WET DREAMS ARE NORMAL AND NATURAL. However, did you trigger this one by edging? Nobody can say for sure. I can tell you, though, it is not good to edge while trying to reboot, because edging is masturbation--just without orgasm. Avoid it!

I had a wet dream two days ago ( I saw myself seeking for porn and watching it) .At the beginning I felt guilty ( OMG did I just relapse? , what just happened?!) but I reminded myself that I havent edeged or fantasised previously , I didn't do anything provoking the night before neither.
I came to the conclusion that I haven't relapsed , that I had no responsibility for what happened and then I felt a greaat releif in my consciousness , beleive me it felt so good !
so as a conclusion wet dreams are like a natural gift from your body to you , but you can't enjoy it unless you know that you did absolutely nothing to provoke it

    I've done my own analysis;

The triggering behavior mentioned above, i have done this in the past for many years and never had a wet dream.

Guess the reason it happened is because no damn release in 72 days! That's alot!

@Thechosenone said he had 10 WDs in 180 days. So on his stats that's 20 releases per year... compare that to my 20 per day as a fap maniac (once upon a time).

I shouldn't be worried as his ratio is 1 in 18 and mines 1 in 72 haha!

Also talking of edging with people - i must say it has gone down a lot in terms of me talking alot of sexual shit to em 50 shades of grey fantasies etc i can feel the change. But having my hand on my dick felt weird at first too but i Guess i continued as it "old habit" (so easily reinstated) i need to work more on the streak.
