Ugh I almost hate posting here after a relapse. It became so common it's a sign of my failure.

Anyways I'm here because I just can't do it I do not know how I read so much before but I forgot all the information and I feel the fighting the urges is futile so my question to all you Fapstronauts

Why do you not PMO and how do you do it? Personal and scientific opinions are NEEDED cause thinking of just watching port everyday and that's that

There is no trick or special information to quit PMO. Quitting PMO is the same as getting your financial house in order it is 20% head knowledge and 80% behavior. We formed a toxic habit loop with porn. It will take time to heal your brain.

It is a process that is one day at a time. For myself I had to learn to set myself up for success. To not be on the computer late at night. To see myself rationalizing why I look at porn and to take a step back from that.

You can change. But it will come with a cost. PMO makes you a slave to your passions. A slave to pixels on the screen. A slave to people whom you have never met and have no physical relationship with. And once it makes you a slave it leaves you feeling alone and filled with shame.

  3. I'm back on these forums after a few months away because after giving up for a while, I've realized that I don't feel satisfied with how I have lived my life during that time. So I'm trying again because I believe that my best self is capable of living without PMO.
