No. I was no where near relapsing. But after watching a few episodes of Jessica Jones, and getting aroused, thoughts of PMO started to creep in again. Within a couple of days .... relapse

Ok so if I understand the show Jessica Jones lead you to PMO. Im sorry about that and maybe the no arousal method can be a good exercice for you to stay strong and not having urges because of this. I dont know this show so Maybe its too soon to watch it or skip the sex scene.
I remember the movie sex crimes which was THE trendy movie of my génération was so much novelty that when I was 13 14 this movie gave me so much urge (I remember all the scène and at that time my heart was beating during the scènes with neve Campbell and Denise Richards ) I am now avoiding this movie like hell because I could be lead to PMO :(

In response to the original question and similar ones that followed:
Why are you watching/looking at these things? You know why. It's because you want to see an attractive woman for the purpose of arousing yourself. You tell yourself that you're only going to look for a couple of seconds, or that you won't let your eyes focus, but your kidding yourself and you know it. You are creeping to the edge of the cliff and leaning out over it. You have relapsed to a degree every time you've done this stuff. However, you haven't lost everything. On the contrary, you have made tremendous progress on the road to success. You have set back your recovery time, because every time you watch a short part of a sex scene or look at a picture of a woman your brain gets a shot of dopamine. You have also relapsed in the sense that you have gone looking for porn, even though you didn't admit it to yourself. I also think that you have edged a little bit, because what you did caused an erection and you likely felt stimulation, which was purposeful, even though you denied it to yourself at the time. Don't despair though. You have done really well in not doing any full blown pmo relapse for 10 months. That's a really impressive streak. You can either reset your counter or not. If I were you, I would set a counter for stuff like looking at pictures/sex scenes instead of guarding your eyes, internet searches, and tv/movie choices against these things, and set another counter for the last time you had an entire relapse 10 months ago. That way you do get to keep the record of the success you have, and you also get to set a new goal to reach for.
DO NOT USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE TO RELAPSE. You're better than that. Forgive yourself, apologize to any who you've heart with this behavior, and MOVE ON. Dwelling on this will just lead to that relapse you don't want.

I have done the exact same thing as this for years. No one can lie to us better than ourselves, we just need to call ourselves on our bullshit.

In the end do I have to worry or not because I feel anxiety?

I had this issue with the Game of Thrones where I was initially watching purely because I wanted to watch the show. It eventually lead to my relapse because the show was too much of a trigger. It's much easier to not watch shows and movies with nudity at all. Every time you see nudity, it gives you a little dopamine. That little bit of dopamine is a trigger for more. You might want more right then and there. You might want more an hour from now. You might want more all day tomorrow. Essentially for that 5 seconds of nudity, you torture yourself for the next day or two because all you want is to see it again. You rationalize:

    "I'm only curious"
"It's just tv and I saw it already, so it won't hurt if I watch it again."

Realize that there is NO satisfaction or fulfillment you can get from rewatching or deliberately watching a nude scene. Or deliberately watching a tv show with nudity. You are just torturing yourself and the rush you get is just that - a rush. It's not satisfaction. It's not happiness. It's a hit of a very addictive drug. Don't fool yourself.

If you did the search knowing that you would see the pictures, but were doing the search for a different reason, then you should be okay, as long as you really did just catch an accidental glimpse and move on. If you looked at them deliberately, even for just a second, I would say you have a problem. If you did the search because you were horny/wanted to be horny, and you knew the pictures might show up, then I would say you have failed to live up to your challenge and damaged your reboot a little bit.
I know anxiety is not easy to deal with, but you need to not obsess over the details. Don't think of it like you're keeping score, just do your best, and if you fail, walk it off. It isn't healthy to get really wrapped up in the details. You may consider doing a media blackout. Just stop watching tv, going on instagram, etc. for a weak or two. It can't hurt, and you may be surprised at how happy and peaceful you feel during it.

Sorry Gaston, but I disagree .
I actually got my addiction due to nude scenes .
IF it wasn't for nude scenes. I would have never gotten a pmo addiction in the first place.
    I think R rated stuff ain't good

It's fine if you get aroused occasionally. Just make sure you don't act on it. Try and forget about it because the longer those thoughts will dwell in your mind, the sooner you will cave in to those impulses.
Try to have people around you when you have erotic thoughts.

The key is to stop believing that. You can't resist if you don't think you can. I am fully aware of how fantasies can keep coming back no matter how much you don't want to think about them, but that doesn't mean you can't resist. You need to distract yourself when they come. Like desb said, go spend time with people when you have those thoughts. You can also distract yourself with some kind of physical activity. Brushing your teeth, running, washing the dishes (they've been piling up anyway) etc. are all good distractions.

It does not matter that you saw nudity - it matters that you searched.

Which lifestyle do you imagine is better?

    1) Someone who sees a one quarter second of porn everyday by accident and trains himself to look away and not make a big deal of it?
    2) Someone who spends an hour everyday searching for porn but never actually sees any nudity?

one of the sentences I repeat often : be ready to pay ANY PRICE to get rid of PMO addiction FOR GOOD .
If pmo addiction havent caused you enough harm and damage and sorrow to have that mindset , then , .... well I don't know...
not watching movies and tv shows is just a ( veeery small ) sacrifice, taking the risk of watching someting that might or might not contain nudity is just ( for me) not worth it .
I'd rather lose everything I have than to take such a risk , thus sacrifying watching movies and tv shows is extremely insignificant; actually , there are much bigger sacrifices coming that you must be willing to make if you want to quit porn for the rest of your life....
