I'll summarize what I've written previously. No need for a long post.

When ever I'd fuck chicks I would get erectile dysfunction. I no longer have this problem. I've used porn as a means to cope with any frustrations I've had. It takes up your time, motivation and focus away from things you want to do in life. I've lost 20 lbs. and found other ways to refocus my energy when I come upon a challenge or frustration (mainly exercise).

The biggest benefit is not being addicted. It's a great feeling not having the need or compulsion to do something.

Anyways NoFap is not an end all by any means. It basically just lifts the veil to expose your inner problems/challenges and provides you with tools (or less burden) for you to challenge them head on.
