I am looking for some recommended reading for rebooting. Some titles I have read and would recommend:

The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
The Happiness Advantage by Shawn Achor (not as directly applicable as the rest of the list)

    Christian
    Breaking Free by Russell Willingham
At the Altar of Sexual Idolatry by Steve Gallagher
The Biblical Guide to Counseling the Sexual Addict by Steve Gallagher
The Bondage Breaker by Neil Anderson
Winning the Battle Within by Neil Anderson
Overcoming Addictive Behavior by Neil Anderson
Love Hunger by David Kyle Foster

I have read a few that I wouldn't recommend which I won't mention here, though I will say that I did not like Breaking the Cycle, which I read based off of recommendations here. I quite dislike Eckhart Tolle so that played into my dislike of Breaking the Cycle which seems to borrow quite a bit from Tolle.

I'd love recommendations from across the spectrum as long as they're on topic. I'm not necessarily looking for that one book that will change everything, but like to keep reading on the topic to keep me focused and help me keep applying the principles that work. I like to be reminded constantly and learn from repetition.

    What books would you recommend?

Great responses! Both of these were exactly what I was looking for. Anyone else have books to recommend?

The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde by Robert Louis Stevenson

Remarkably relevant and applicable. Gotta love victorian novels.

    Willpower by Baumeister and Tierney.

Fantastic. Almost as good as The Power of Habit and much more applicable.

Just finished The Practicing Mind by Thomas Sterner. Thanks for the recommendation. It was excellent, fun, and applicable.

Finished Addiction and Grace by Gerald May. Deeply philosophical and theological. While a tour de force in many ways, it is far from elegant. The application of the philosophy is also somewhat nebulous.

This doesn't count as a book. I think in total it's about 25,000 words or 50 pages. I printed it out because I don't want to read that much on a screen. This seems to be a classic around here, and I haven't read it all, but so far it seems phenomenal.
