    • Reluctance to engage in active labor
    • Poor follow through (perseverance) on projects or tasks which require mental or physical strength
    • Lazy
    • Gloomy sadness upon the countenance
    • Moodiness and depression
    • Suicidal thoughts
    • Easily excited to jealousy
    • Generally pessimistic
    • Sensitive to correction
    • Little self-respect

    I can TOTALLY relate. In fact in the last years I became less PMO addicted and more chronic mastrubator, gaining the same effect of porn users. If you are wired to the real thing then masturbation can be healthy but if you are not like me than you are going to use porn fantasies or p subs which is as bad as PMO. Signed.

    Agreed......I was addicted to masturbation and then turned to porn later as porn became easily accessible. I used it for the same thing I had been using masturbation for. Escape , stress relief......etc.
