Precum or Premature ejaculation?

    So I was looking at model pics today and it suprising cured a migraine for some reason. I dont count that as a fail so I will keep my counter on the same number, but I will have to stop doing this one some point. What got me is that after I stopped myself and shut it off, I felt as if I was going to burst from my raging boner then I felt a precum in my penis as most a slight leakage. After that I went completely soft and I have no more urges with what looks like a bit of semen on the tip of my penis. Is this precum or just premature ejaculation, I'd like to reiterate that I don't feel the urge to have sex with that model after that happened.

    What is it and how do I cure it? I've had this problem before nofap and its partly the reason why im even here. please help.

    Pelvic floor exercises should help if done properly. I'd suggest you stop using p-subs; complete abstinence is the only option if you want to reboot fully.

    its precum but its also dangerous a bit......well.....do you always feel that semen will come now.....

    bcz semen is vital...read semenloss and you will become a bit depressed or lazy after this too....you can observe....

    not familiar with semenloss, I'm sure its real. but don't you think the amount of semen lost from precum is negligible compared to actual ejaculation?
