Female attention???

Started in nursery school, if I'm being honest [not vain]. Age 5.

I wasn't the 'cool kid' but I was a top athlete (could run laps around the ladies), academically strong (I coloured in my drawings neatly) and I could do the moonwalk on just about any terrain/surface.

Boosted my confidence madly. Contributed to the man I am today so I'd like to thank all my nursery school honeys. *Sniff*

That said, females pick up on hormones, and NoFap == higher testosterone levels (due to increased androgen receptor sensitivity, and increased free testosterone after 7+ days of absintence). So while they might not know you're doing NoFap, they'll likely feel you're somehow more interesting than before.

That + your new infused confidence == winning combo.

...but, as you said above, you have to put yourself out there. Can't expect the ladies to come to you, if you're already putting yourself out there then NoFap might make you more confident and make them more into you, but you have to get yourself there to begin with or you don't stand a chance. So take the initiative!

As for women? Always been attracted to their attention. This could turn into a whole big chat about my life story, haha, so I'll press pause there.

Man was created to be with woman. That cannot be changed. No man's fate is to remain alone forever just because he struggles with women or lacks a great desire to be with one.

Sounds like you simply lack the motivation to pick up your ball sack, take a deep breath and approach a wonderful lady. Who knows, she's probably at the coffee shop right now thinking about how she might meet you.

The question was 'at what day did you start noticing female attention?'. This is just about being more perceptive and aware, more present. You will find after a few weeks that you are no longer in your head; your energy will naturally emanate outward to engage with objects around you... as if you have a supernatural power... and perhaps you do. Woman will then notice this as they are generally the more perceptive member of our species. You will then in turn notice them noticing you, and thus the mating ritual begins.
