    hey,

I'm stuck in a rollercoaster of 4/5 days of nofap and then relapsing. I've blocked porn entirely on my computer so I can't watch it on there but I always relapse on my phone. I've installed mobichip browser which works the same as k9 on my pc. One problem is that I can't delete safari. There's this limitation option to disable certain apps and i've disabled safari on that but I can enable it anytime by using a code. It's a four digit code that you have to set yourself and verify yourself. In the past I've tried to set a code and try to forget it but I never managed. I couldn't randomly blind type a password cos I have to verify it afterwards to make it work.
So here I am just relapsed on day 5 again, asking for your help to get porn blocked on my Iphone.
    anyone?

Can your network provider turn on the child safety filters? I'm with O2 (UK) and have just asked them to turn on the filters on my phone. Doesn't work on wi-fi but I'm hoping my will power will be strong enough for that.
I think the internet providers can also activate child filters for your internet at home.

I live in a student home and share the internet with 20 other students. Good solution but not possible

Hi, I just typed something I wouldn't remember, but made sure I allowed nofap. This strategy is admittedly easier when you are over 40 and can't remember anything anymore anyway :)

An accountability partner is what you need. Aside from having someone to set passwords and restrictions for you, this person can talk you through your challenging times and help you dig deep to find the root cause of your addiction. Being honest, I have yet to meet someone who is several years into recovery who hasn't opened up to someone close to them (outside of nofap and blogs) about their addiction and struggles. You can't do this alone brother. Find someone you trust, rip the bandaid off because we all know it sucks to admit something like this, and get on the path to recovery that works. I jailbroke my phone and was able to download an app (can't remember what it was) but it disabled safari for me. Now I use SafeGuard browser but I don't recommend it. It's not very reliable for searching and has a lot of bugs. There are other browsers available though. Good luck and keep fighting ;)
