Because of my reboot I have bypassed both beta and alpha males and become a ZETA MALE BOW BEFORE ZETA

It's all about confidence and regular PMO usually damages confidence. Sure there will be some guys out there that can regularly masturbate and have no ill effects but that is not everyone. Less PMO = Less shame. Less Shame = More Confidence. More Confidence = More Attraction. More Attraction = More chances of finding a partner/being happy. It is a self perpetuating phenomenon that we all strive for.

Well, not totally, I mean, it's all about your lifestyle. If you're not doing anything else, then PMO is going to completely degrade your life to the max. If your life is otherwise super healthy and well managed then you'll see only minimal negatives and it'll be the habit itself that poses the biggest problem - so I wouldn't strictly say it makes someone beta, there are plenty of "alpha" males who do it, but they also take a lot of care in managing their lives in general so they're the exception rather than the rule.

You certainly become more alpha by avoiding PMO regardless of your circumstances though. So you can go from beta to alpha, or from alpha to even more alpha than before. Why? Simple, testosterone. Too frequent orgasm desensitises the androgen receptors (which is where testosterone binds) making all your testosterone much less effective, so hormone wise you're less of a man. To top that off, abstaining from PMO causes spikes in testosterone after a certain length of time, which combined with the return of the sensitivity of your androgen receptors == IMO where the surge and confidence come from.

The thing is though, you have to have the rest of your life in order to see the maximum benefits. I actually abstained from PMO for several months before, but that was years ago when I was addicted to opiates, which basically kill your testosterone levels so I had no sex drive in the first place and zero benefits whatsoever from the no PMO. Now though that I'm living healthy and clean, working out every day, meditating every day, running a business etc, and feeling awesome - cutting off PMO == maximum benefits and even just a few days of NoFap has me feeling pretty alpha.

Yes, porn does definitely turn you into a beta. I mean, what the hell is even the point of masturbation anymore? I am on day 4, and my confidence has already reached really high again. There is no way in hell I am going back there again.

I think it has nothing to do with being Beta or Alpha. They are both labels that people try to put themselves in ignoring their own personal confidence on an individual level. Its setting out a set of behaviours or thoughts in a rigid form that must be adhered to rather than thinking more for yourself. If your not confident enough in yourself it is to do with P addiction but its not alone that is to blame, there are many factors that lead to a person not fulfilling their own potential and I think the worst is being your own worst enemy, always blaming something else rather than looking inwards to find the source.
For sure if you quit P and reduce your dependency on MO then you will be more assured in yourself more willing to engage with other aspects of your life, P and too much MO just ends up making you wallow in pity of self despair, a slough of despond.

 

Alpha and beta is the same as winner and loser or cool and uncool
just a new word for people to describe behaviour they like or dislike

 

It is evolutionary good for beta male to musterbate so they won’t have testosterone in the first place to fight for dominance and get hurt or killed or badly injured. Though they have lower quality of life than nonfapping alpha.
