    Remember! We are so vulnerable when we relapse. It's often at that point that turning back to PMO is so easy. NOW is the time for you to suck in your stomach, chest out, head up, back straight and MARCH. Be HUNGRY to reach your goal, brother - Don't sit in a puddle of disappointment, it's not gonna help.
