yeah that's what happens every time I look at porn. Its most likely all the blood and feel good chemicals rushing to your head telling your body that what you are doing feels good. After an hour that is when the crash happens and I just feel like crap. Keep up the good work.

 

I didn't notice it until I started going on decent streaks (around 7 days), and that's what's got me to the point where I am at now. The pain in my head and swelling that you describe is exactly what I felt and that is when I knew this isn't right and I have to put an end to it.

 

Omg I feel the same. I do it, feel my head inside and after it's done, I feel used up, tired, and have headaches constantly. Same thing the next day.

 

Its true I feel something on my head, but its more like a migraine or a heavy headache rather than a sense of pleasure.

 

Most likely related to increased blood pressure.
