What if I were to relapse today? 47 days

    if i were to relapse after 47 days would I still have some benefits from abstaining the porno? like if I were to relapse and go for another 40 days would I be ahead (in terms of benefits) of someone who does 40days after watching porn every day?

    Of course, your body is much better off PMO'ing once every 40 days as opposed to every day. You don't lose all the benefits but it's a small setback.

    I fapped and when I was done I realized fapping is nothing appealingly special, compared to the benefits from ceasing application.
