    Hello there everyone,
Haven't really been active recently as I have found a girlfriend and my sex life has never been better!
The problem is earlier this week my PIED returned out of nowhere, I have relapsed 3 times during my 275 day nofap journey but they were only one time occasions and I didn't watch anything after the relapse. The last time I relapsed was over a month ago and everything was fine till late last week..

Anyone know what this could be?
Could it be the relapses over the journey that have set me back?

Any information would greatly appreciated and thanks for reading!

There are more things that can affect your winky. Had you been drinking? Overtired? Stressed out about something? Smoking? Eating junk? Drugs? I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you freak out it'll more likely make it worse. Chalk it up to a random event and move on.

I have been eating so much junk food for the past 7 days and haven't been doing much exercise atall...haven't really left my house much either.

It's happened like 5 times this week but I'm going to put it down to my lifestyle this past week and move on, luckily my girlfriend is really understanding as she was my best friend before we got together and she has helped me through this every step of the way!

Good luck on your NoFap journey man!

I'm a lady lol. Wife of a pmo addict. I read an article recently that was about how all men suffer from it from time to time. It doesn't necessarily have to be a symptom of anything. Just one of those things, a combination of all the things I posted about will affect your performance.

Glad your missus is supportive. I know from my own experience, it doesn't really bother me if droopy makes the odd appearence. Its pretty natural that all men go through sometimes.
