We all got this burning desire! 'Burning' because at some point we want it so bad, it starts to hurt, it hurts deep down in my chest. But I like this feeling because it will push me to places beyond my imagination.

Why did we start this behavior? What was it? It's a good question to ask. The release of dopamine in our brains made us feel great. Find other ways to release dopamine that aren't soul destroying and rob us of our humanity. Get amped and stoked about something! Anything! : running, lifting weights, mma,hunting, fishing, music, stamp collecting (Lol!) We all used to have a sense of wonder and excitement for the world when we were young. What happened? We need to recapture this sense of enthusiasm and zest. The world truly is a beautiful place.....

Day 5 .A dull and simple day indeed but I am feeling amazing that I have been in this for 5 days and I am successful as ever.We are the strongest team.No one of us can fall.Keep updating and encouraging guys.As the days pass it keeps getting better and better.And my thoughts are also changing.I am relieved man.No I don't care of anything.I am happy in my life.I am the best .We are the best.
