Conflict Between becoming a nice guy and be myself

    I feel like nofap is making me nice guy, a very nice guy.

    Like if I should be ashamed of being a man and want to have girls on my bed, instead of polite conversations that goes to anywhere.I watch threads about people who view this like a sin.

    I understand this for religious people, but the rest of fapstronauts why have this mentality? Why to spend time in celibate mode?

    I really don't understanding it

    You have to determine exactly what you are trying to recover from and why? What brought you here? And, what makes you decide you want recovery? What is the adverse problems you are faced with in being an addict?

    Who cares about anyone's opinion on this forum. You know you better than anyone. If someone feels guilt or shame for certain things, doesn't mean you have to. There's a lot of bullshit on these forums bub. You need to figure out what's good and what's not good for you. Trial and error. Good luck!

    For me, this has nothing to do with being a nice guy. I'm very pro (real) sex and I'm doing this to improve my energy levels, testosterone etc, so that I can overcome the effects of Fapping to ultimately have better sex and really connect with my girl in bed.
