finding it hard to get a good streak

    Hi All
    I have previously done a 78day streak but since then I have been struggling and I cant seem to get more than a two week streak any advice

    Yes, my Lad, that is the common lot called the gravity pit, a sinkhole of 1 to 21 days that most guys stay in as a normal course. It's about setting a stern, new resolve now, and taking seriously what steps and tools you need to embrace this next time round so as to climb out of that 21-day gravity pit and start making progress on the ascent of recovery mountain.
