I am in. PM mode. new to all of this.
I hope to take back mastery of my life. Also, I want to prevent my marriage from suffering. I know this is going to be hard. I will need support.

• How long do you want this challenge to last? By default it is one month, but 90 days is recommended for rebooting. 65 days until I am married, 65 days of hard mode

• What are your goals? To be free from PMO. To be the best man I can.

• Why are you doing this? Because the damages PMO have on my mind is saddening, I want to be free.

 

I'm in like Flynn. My last PMO was last month (barely).

Even thinking about P right now makes me sick to my stomach, so that should help a bit.

 

My APs and I have committed to keeping April clean. I've been working toward this for a while, but I've yet to make it a whole month. I want this month to be different.

I'm abstaining from all P and M. O is fine if it's with a partner. And I'm doing this because porn and masturbation are destructive and I don't want them to have any place in my life anymore. They've done me absolutely no good, so why keep doing it?

 

I'm new to NoFap hoping to take this challenge and succeed with my first try !

 

Just joined the site. Will try for April to be P&M-free. My original goal was 50, which I tried a few times on my own since newyear's but didn't get further than 20 days (and to think of if, that was only M, abstaining from P is usually already a problem after a few days)

I am in. At the first time I didn't want to participate because everytime i joined these mothly nofap challenges, I failed. But friend of mine encouraged me and told me to try it anyway! Fear of fail is just a first step of not doing this at all! So let's go

 

I am in too. Since my friend is in, I encouraged him to do the april challenge, so i need to be in here too .

Im new and in for April. PM only. I'm still DTF.

I had been going P free with only MO once a week since new years and it was awesome. I was using my once-per-week sessions to practice "edging". Then after some good sex, I experienced the chaser effect pretty hard and relapsed a few times.

I think no masturbating for a whole month will be hard enough. I experienced blue balls a couple of weeks ago, so I'm worried that may be a problem for me again. It hurt like f**k and I ended up masturbating (w/o pron) to relieve the pain.

It's already been a week but I'd like to start with April as a challenge and go from there.

I'm doing this so I can focus on my real world sex life.

 

I'm in. 90 days NO PMO!!! This time I'm going to do it and beat my previous record.
