Challenge Thread: Abstain April 2016

I think I'm gonna try this, been clean since march 18th, and I want to keep going!

 

I haven't been on the forums for quite a while. I'm joining this challenge, to completely abstain from PMO in the month of April.

Getting married 1 May 2016

 

Ok last fap was on March 21, left on holiday with a bunch of friends after that, so the first week was easy, didn't have internet anyway plus was in a villa with a bunch of dudes. After the holiday felt so good that I decided I'll never ever fap again, never want to go back to that depressing feeling. Back at home I almost relapsed a few times but managed to snap out of that fucked up thinking and rationalizing pattern. Been stable in thoughts for last few days now, still going strong. I want to commit to this for life! Reaching the 90 days will be the greatest challenge I ever reached in my life. Been relapsing alot last few years but with this holiday as a start for this streak I feel stronger than ever before and decided that I'm choosing LIFE over PIXELS. If I can make it through april I don't see any reason why I can't do it for life. So that's the motivation, let's get it on lads!

 

Hi, I want to do the 90 days, so let's start start April challenge as a part of it. No M, no P for me, I want to reach a normal s-life with my gf again and I want to use that bit time which I have next to the job with sense.

 

Just had an all-around relapse... Need to restart right here and now, and a month challenge seems like a good place to start.

I'm in for April, hopefully a 90 day. Most likely involuntary hardmode, lol. Anyway, my goals are to gain some confidence so I can stop giving a shit (respectfully) about what other people think. Hopefully, I will get over my social anxiety and be able to be myself around people. I'd like to meet more people, more friends, and get a girlfriend.

 

Im in! Not hardmode, and hopefully not involuntary hardmode like the guy above me said, lol.
I definitely notice a strong increase in caring about things and overall motivation for life when my mind isn't in the FapZone.

 

I am doing hardmode aswell untill I get laid. I lost my virginity yesterday, on day 17 at age 23 to a five year older girl. I didnt O, but I wouldnt reset anyways because getting a good sexlife or in my case a sexlife at all is part of the reason why I am here. I am doing no PMO for life. I got some serious blueballs and chaser effect when I got home yesterday. April is going to be the best month of my life! I am down for the challenge. It will be the first whole month clean ever and I am also going to beat my alltime record of 36 days which starts to be a really long time ago.

 

How could I not be in.

 

Almost one week done! Hold back those urges, and go explore the "real" world. We are gonna own April!

I am going to abstain from pmo until the end of the month. (hopefully...).

 

It's been 8 days. No issues - so far. Feel buoyed by this community. I've tried (and failed) to 'quit' before, but just committing here and knowing that there are others working towards same goal feels different this time. Only time will tell. But right now, I'm appreciating this forum.
