PIED cured.... Day 41hard mode

How do you know you were recoveref enough from ED and ready to have sex again? I feel like I need to wait for a sigb or something....

That is almost impossible to determine! I know that my PIED is cured now because when I stopped watching porn, and had sex with the wife, I was actually seeing it (and feeling it) first hand. I was lucky to be PIED-free after about 20 days of no PMO. Your mileage may vary. I'm 40 + yo and I started PMO before the internet. Apparently, its easier for us to recover fast.

But honestly, besides real sex, I don't get erections by thoughts anymore. I don't think about sex. I feel like sex is on the back burner. But when I'm in bed with the wife and we are going for it, it comes alive and WELL!!!!

I take vitamins B (B-6 is a big one), L-arginine, Maca/ginseng, odorless garlic. Most of these for energy and blood flow!

 

Thanks for the advice Ikindaknew. I just need to be patient. I'm 31 and been fapping since I'm about 8. Started fapping to porn by age 11 or 12..... I'm giving myself milestones... For now it's 1 month hard mode. Then I will see how I feel after a month. Completing day 7 today. I talked to a friend of mine about this and he helps me keep busy sometimes when fappin' is all I think about.
