    I know it's not a lot but this is the first time i ever did NoFap and I am pretty proud of myself.

    I'm 28 and at day 15 after PMO since I was age 16 daily =)

    Longest I've ever gone without M!!!!

    This is some great accomplishment. I couldnt go even a week for the first few months when I started NoFap. Keep up the good work man.

    15 days is awesome. We are on the same boat. Ha ha. Now aim for another 15 and another 15 and another..... next thing you know you realize you are released from this and move on with your life.

    I say by day 90 you can actually stop with the nofap site or any other site involving online porn addictions. Once that is accomplished you are at your ultimate max. Full liberation.

    I am the newbie here and just loged in today the first time. Its been a very long time since I could keep on for 15 days...congrats! I really feel now that i am here in the right place! Very motivating, thanks!

    Awesome. Every day is an accomplishment. I keep one of those fun countdown/countup apps on my phone, I use it for various events, but I added one for this and it makes me smile each day when my number increases. Good visual motivation:)

    Question - I have been seeing a girl for a while now and I think we will sleep together this weekend. Has anyone been in a similar boat where they have NoFapped for like 2-3 weeks and then slept with a girl?

    How does it work i.e. will it have a huge detrimental effect on getting to day 90 etc?
