Thanks for checkin' me. You are right. If Golgi reaches his goal, good for him. I shouldn't judge. It just frustrates me to see the direction that NoFap is going. I don't think it's cool to promote masturbation. Not for us. Everybody wants to come up with a new definition of reboot to suit their own situations. I am so tired of seeing so much failure here. I'm not putting myself on a pedestal. I just know that if I did it, anyone can. I wish I could reach through this screen, grab their shoulders, shake them violently, slap them a few times, and scream "Wake up! Get a grip!" I think I'm reaching a point of needing to stay off of NoFap. Sometimes I drink, and I feel a need to act out to convince myself of this. Thanks again for calling me out.

 

Your fear is rational, but one of the objectives is to mentally detach the strength of a psub on your unconcious, otherwise you're not completely free. Without the fear and incentive of psub triggering, p wont even enter your mind when seeing a psub even if you do attract a reaction from it. When i came off a heavy dose of P at the tender age of 14 due to extreme shame and outing myself to my family i still encountered p-subs but i was so distanced by the thought of revisiting the shame (not a healthy, but at-least a effective method) it didnt resurge in my mind the same kind of brain fog compulsion to watch.

Good work on lasting so long by the way, should be proud.

You can't ignore psubs existing or become a internet hermit forever, as much as you have to just learn to ignore p-subs and create a positive mental defense against it, even if it means laughing at how ludicrous it is.

That's what may happen when one attempts to reboot their operating system back to factory settings. Unfortunately the only way how to achieve factory reboot is smashing one's head hard enough with hammer until the system forcefully resets. Unfortunately this method is not very reliable, sometimes system can malfunction and reset to refractory rebbot instead. Before trying this method it's always recommended to back up one's data in a USB drive, flash drive or external hard drive sperm bank.
