Day 15 . A rough day from morning a little of urges but naah I am too strong and with you guys I am immortal no one can touch me. Feeling strong motivated and relaxed.Hate such days when the urges attack. I want to live freedom I want to get away from this dirty ness as soon as possible I want to be clean for lifetime .I don't want to hide dirty secrets from people I want to be my best self. I want to be like the person as peole think I am and I will .Did exercise last night as I am building myself not wasting. Haapy day all of you,

WHAT THE FUCK guys. I have fallen. Again. But the strange thing is that I ALWAYS fail on Day 7. Not on any other day but on 7th. And the worst thing is that now I have to wait so long to reach the point i was on few minutes ago... Btw feeling so shitty.

 

Day 4
Going strong. Distractions are helpful. Really concentrating more on coping with the depression/anxiety/anger that usually lead to PMO. Working on not just developing replacement habits but a complete reprogramming. So far so good.

To those who have recently fallen (including myself):

We must understand that this is a process. A difficult process. At times we will stumble. Other times we will fall. In those instances we learn how to pick outselves back up. We learn where we went wrong. We feel like shit. But when we choose to get back and try again, we also get stronger, more motivated, more determined, and more focused.

Further, let us not be so ashamed that we don't call out for help. At times, strength is greater in numbers.

The key is to fill up your mind as much new things as you can, addiction cant be fought when we have emptiness, you gotta make yourself as busy as possible, you might be already doing that so im not judging here but I care and I dont want you to give up, Edison tried 1000 times to make the bulb works and he is no better than you, or any of us.
