Went home with a girl last night

I went out to party with friends, and was having an awesome time with close friends I hadn't seen in a while but they had their gf's with some of their friends too. So I'm not sure if its because of that or the self confidence I've been starting to get, but I was able to talk to them all night and especially one single chick I had been talking to a lot.
I ended up making a move at the concert and making out, then went back and stayed the night with her. We didn't have sex but slept together but again had a little trouble with just either getting nervous (I'm sure drunk didn't help) as I have trouble with ED when it comes to doing it, as I'm sure she would wanted to have sex.
Should I try to be avoiding these situations like going home with her because of the reboot? or is it alright as I still had one of the best nights in a long time and actually talking to real humans
