In this topic I will explain the anxiety

What anxiety is? is a fear. This fear is deep inside us,in our mentality and interpretation of this world. But this fear is a ilusional fear, is not real. Let me explain, image now you are in front of 1000 people and all waiting your speech, on the other hand image if a lion is chasing you in african sands.

In both situations your heart will go faster, your blood presure will be high etc, basicaly your body will react identical, why? well becouse you feel the same in both situations. But in one case you are afraid of your life(a real, normal fear), in other case your are afraid of people opinions about you(a imaginative fear, anxiety).

So anxiety = fear of other opinions about you, and fear to go outside your confort zone.
    Lets go more detailed.

Why we are afraid of opinion of other people?
We have a story in our head about us, (I am good looking, I am beautiful, I have nice hair, I have nice ass, I am good at chess etc etc) basicaly a lot of things which we think we have or are good at them. When you must do a speech in front of people, you think, what if they will think in other way about you, what if they think you are ugly, or shy, or some other things. And this idea is making you anxious. Even if you will never know what they think about you, you will think they thinked in a bad way about you. This is specific to anxious people to think that way.
Lets say you have a new haircut, and your friend said I like it , you will have a good mood entire day becouse yes he admited it, means this is actually so. If he said I dont like your haircut you will feel sad, even if you like your haircut.

    Now lets compare the facts
Freind, likes other things, and he saw you and thinked about 5 sec, `his haircut is not for me, I like other types of haircuts` he said it to you, and after he think about other things.

You, after listening his opinion become sad a entire day becouse other opinions in your mentality are above your opinion.

The other fear is the fear of going outside your confort zone. Mostly here is the again the fear of what other people think about you.
Lets say you a friend propose you to go to party, but your face break out and you have some horrible acne. Even if you wanna party, you will refuse becouse you are afraind of what people will think about you, stay at home is safe, is your confort zone. Actually people will look at you around 5 sec will think `damn so unlucky he breaked out and have those pimples` and then they will think about other things which are important for them.

Being afraid of other people opinions is just a imaginative fear, and you can simply get rid of it. You must just not give a fuck to other opinions, people are too busy with their own lifes to think about you, and even if they think bad about you so what?

Just put you own opinion above others, get out of your confort zone , becouse actually your confort zone has no limit and enjoy the life.

(Anxiety cause a lot of problems becouse you are too stressed about small things which actually dont worth it, you may have problems with skin, digestion, hormones, social life etc.)

You can get rid of anxiety right now my friend , as I did myself. No need to thanx, pleasure was mine )

    cheers.

Do you think its a worry of other peoples opinions because your own story sucks, like your true feelings and thoughts of yourself are low. How can you repgrogram those things? Any good books?

I think stopping porn and other shame inducing behaviour is a good place to start.

I found your story fascinating, thank you for sharing. I hope to correct a few misnomers concerning your article, as anxiety is much less translucent than stating that it's solely based on other people's opinion. Anxiety has properties that are much more complex than other's opinions, it has ties to biological, psychological, and, yes, social factors. Let me first preference this by saying, anxiety is a normal common emotion that everyone faces. However, this mental condition can stem to more debilitating components as well, we call this having a mental disorder. APA's DSM has pinpointed 6 major anxiety disorders: generalized anxiety disorder, phobia, panic disorder, ptsd, ocd, and social anxiety. Generally speaking, anxiety is a major/common dual diagnosis within addiction. Some experts, including myself, believe that it exacerbates one's condition (addiction) if not treated. I would argue that a good percentage of nofap community is facing one of the major 6 a/d, while faced with porn addiction. I would like to thank you for pointing out that anxiety should be taken serious, as I believe it should be as well. -Brandon Johnston, M.Ed.

Mass anxiety is in the interests of a consumerist culture. Consumers are held in check by passivity and fear. The task is to overcome a sick culture through the development of your individuality. We reinforce anxiety by neglecting this task; our instinct for freedom, self-determination and growth [applied only to nations these days] is stunted. This creates in us the feeling of discomfort. We seek to relieve this feeling, this discomfort, this anxiety, this oppression, through some form of 'escape' [oblivion], which usually involves some form of consumption [real escape is through self-appropriation]. Porn is the ultimate consumption where we consume our very self in the act of consuming.
