    I'm gonna tell you the truth man. Edging is even worse than fapping. Don't edge!

    I think edging extremely insidious for the following reasons:
    1. It doesn't give you any relief, therefore you are tempted to just edge indefinitely;
    2. It feels easier to slip into because you trick yourself into thinking that you won't feel as guilty as if you reached climax;
    3. It gives you a same or similar buzz as if you had full-on MO'd anyway.
    Personally, after edging, it takes me 2-5 days for my brain to clear up. It has, for all intents and purposes, the same effect as PMO. So at that point, I would just call it a reset. Don't let your brain trick you into thinking edging is more acceptable than MO. When you edge, you are firing the same neural pathways, regardless of what really happens on the outside of your brain.

    Don't try to trick your brain by making compromises. It won't work. The littlest dose of M can be what it takes for a full-blown relapse. Not worth the risk.

    If you're gonna commit to a life-changing experience, don't be half-ass about it, buddy ;). Or you'll get half results, and a half-life to go with it.

    Edging is hella bad. When I stupidly do such a thing, I literally can't function the whole day without eventually completing the masturbation.

    You have to stop humping your bed before it becomes a much bigger problem. I've essentially replaced my porno addiction with bed humping. It all started very slow, just little bit every night to me struggling to stop humping the bed for hours.

    in case you are lying on your stomach while humping

    Edging is like *o*k teasing, except we're doing it to ourselves.

    Like the compulsive gambler who sits at the casino table, but doesn't bet.

    1. Why put yourself through it?
    2. Why risk it?

    Lets rather find more creative boundaries to push & get a more healthy buzz that way.

    Keep going. We're standing together.

    For me personally everytime I started edging it led to relapse so I wouldn't recommend it

    Edging is actually worse then porn.
    Humping ur bed = physically stimulating the genitials = masturbation.
    Masturbation without orgasm = edging.

    Also since you thought of a girl from ASMR then that's a p-sub. Thinking of past porn is nearly the same thing as watching it.
    So in reality you edged to porn. In any case you essentially PMO'd.
    If you had thought of a real girl from real life then that would have been different. If you MO'd that is, would have been better then edging.
    This is not my opinion it's from YourBrainOnPorn

  11. Edging is bad. Stay away from it because you might end up relapsing.
    Try edging once and your brain won't stop thinking about it. At the moment you start edging, stop as soon as possible. Close that window. The times I just viewed an image or two just for a few seconds, I wouldn't stop thinking about it, and would want to go back to the image or just view more and more. It's really difficult to control even if you just take a look at it for a few seconds. Your brain will crave for more and more.
    The question you just asked was asked by the hungry wolf inside you, who is starving for P, waiting for you to feed it! I'm going through it at this moment. Yesterday I came across some image on google and I wanted to view more and more. I had to resist, close the window. After that, I felt very anxious and nervous. Today too I'm struggling and trying not to think of it. It takes away all my concentration. I was thinking about just MO, but I think I will just crave for more after that.

    In the end, edging is not good. I am not saying it for guilt, but just for the fact that it can really eat up your mind's energy and focus trying to push the temptation away.

    Good Luck!
